		Danielle Marom Danielle's clients were admitted to the MBA programs of Harvard, Stanford, INSEAD, Chicago, LBS, MIT, NYU, Yale, Cambridge & HEC Paris. Born into a multilingual, multicultural atmosphere, Danielle was raised by her Parisian mother and Tunisian father. Subsequent to her studies at an international high school in the US, she went on to earn a B.A. at McGill University in Montreal in Political Science and Environmental Policy.
Following her Israeli high school sweetheart, Danielle moved to Israel, and participated in an environmental leadership program at the Arava Institute for Environmental Studies. Danielle later became a Teaching Assistant at the institute, mentoring students in courses such as Sustainable Living in the Desert and Waste Water Management in the Middle East. Later on Danielle pursued a Hebrew language MA in Politics and Government from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (BGU), as well as Masters Courses in non-profit management. 		Asher Fredman A native of New York, Asher was accepted early to both Harvard and the University of Chicago. At Harvard he completed a degree in Government and Middle Eastern Studies with high honors. During his college years Asher served as Vice President for Education at Harvard Hillel, and helped found both Hillel's Student Development Team and the Harvard Darfur Action Group.
After taking a one year break to volunteer for the “Nahal” in the IDF, Asher returned to the university setting, this time as a graduate student. He was accepted to and completed Harvard's Master's program in Middle Eastern Studies. Asher's ability to work under intense pressure and according to strict deadlines was put to the test as he completed a 140-page Senior Thesis on the Israeli constitutional debates. The essay received high honors and was described by the Chair of Harvard's Government department as "excellent...well organized and very clearly written." Wanting both to enjoy the Israeli culture and to take part in the developing story of the Jewish people, Asher recently made Aliya. 		Erika Gold Erika began helping people prepare application essays in 1997. She has extensive academic experience in Political Science and History and graduated with a Ph.D. in Education from the University of Pittsburgh. 		Gwen Dreilinger Gwen's clients were admitted to the MBA programs of INSEAD, MIT & IESE. Aringo speacialist on: engineers, lawyers, military background. Lainie received her bachelor’s degree in American Studies at Columbia University, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and graduated Magna Cum Laude. She was the editor of both her high school and college newspapers and always knew she wanted to write. Lainie’s career has followed two frequently intersecting paths. 		Rebecca Hain Areas of specialty: engineers, candidates with low GMAT. Rebecca has been helping people prepare graduate school application essays since 2006. Born and raised in New York City, Rebecca’s own application work got her into Columbia University, where she graduated with honors (Cum Laude) with a degree in Psychology and a concentration in Pre-Medical studies.

In 2000, Tal co-founded Followap, a pioneering startup which went on to lead the mobile instant messaging market. Followap was acquired for $139M by NeuStar (NYSE:NSR) in 2006.
From fundraising and recruitment, through establishing the R&D and marketing departments, to partnering with some of the world’s most respected companies, launching a fast-growing startup is a great introduction to business. By 2002, Followap had grown to more than 80 people, had raised over $14M in investments, and had won the world’s largest mobile operator group as its customer. During this time, Tal led Followap’s product strategy, marketing efforts and penetration into the mobile operator business. 		Yigal Walt Yigal's clients were admitted to the MBA programs of Harvard, Stanford, Columbia, Wharton, Kellogg, Chicago, INSEAD, MIT & LBS. Yigal was born in Israel but spent 12 years in Canada, where he earned both his BA and MA degrees in Political Science at York University in Toronto. Yigal served as the news editor and directing manager of Ynet's English-language edition, where he led and supervised a staff of 11 editors and translators as well as freelance writers. During his journalism career, Yigal wrote opinion pieces and articles on a variety of subjects and interviewed some of Israel's leading political figures, including former Prime Ministers Ehud Barak and Benjamin Netanyahu. He also served as a researcher, writer, and editor at Counter-Terrorism Solutions Ltd., the commercial arm of the International Policy Institute for Counter-Terrorism (ICT) in Herzliya. Earlier, Yigal worked as a shift supervisor with El Al Security's Cargo Division in Toronto, where he facilitated cooperation and maintained ties with hundreds of American and Canadian companies as well as local airport authorities and government agencies.
